Basic Pistol Proficiency:  Pistol 101 

Get the basic knowledge and skills to safely handle or store firearms and ammunition in the home. Learn basic marksmanship and safety principles for your pistol, as well as how different pistol models work. Excellent class for beginner shooters and those who require knowledgeable advice on choosing the right firearm.

Intermediate Pistol Course:  Pistol 102 

This course teaches the proper carry and use a concealed pistol. Developing a defensive mindset includes the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to carry and use a concealed pistol with confidence. In addition, the course teaches basic principles of concealment; the difference between cover and concealment; drawing from the holster; levels of mental awareness; developing the proper mindset when using a pistol for personal protection; clearing common stoppages; and more.

Prerequisites:  Basic firearms certification such as a CCW permit, and personal firearm and ammunition. 

Advanced Pistol Course:  Pistol 103

A follow-on to Pistol 102, this program of instruction focuses on the critical skills necessary to moving safely and efficiently with a firearm.  The drills and exercises in this course work to create challenges for all levels of students dedicated to using a firearm defensively.  Achievements of this course include the proper use of cover, reloading and addressing malfunctions in a hostile environment, engaging multiple targets at varying distances, and target discrimination exercises.

Force-on-Force Training:  Pistol 104 

NOT FOR BEGINNER SHOOTERS OR THOSE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE. 

The ultimate program for preparing for safe, effective use of a firearm for defensive purposes.  The class enters a realistic environment created specifically for this course, and must learn to address perceived and real threats in the most realistic manner possible.  This instruction is fast-paced, and uses well-trained role players to provide a range of options that a student must face and decide whether or not to use deadly force to survive each encounter.

Defeat the Threat! 

Counter-Crime Seminar

Designed for larger groups (20 or more), this program outlines many of the threats arrayed against us and builds the basic skills necessary to identify those threats and work to prevent them. Details pertaining to local crime trends are tailored for the audience, and the ability to contact the proper authorities are provided. This dynamic presentation empowers you and your neighbors with tools and channels to keep everyone safe!

Critical Awareness Seminar 

Situational Awareness and Personal Safety

This tailored program is for smaller groups and can be presented in the office or in the home. Details such as crime analysis and threat determination provide a personalized course that allows you the tools and awareness necessary for personal security. Note: this seminar can be expanded to include CCW orientation for certification to obtain a valid Virginia concealed-carry permit.
