Deb T.
Deb Timberlake is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for our company and oversees much of the scheduling for courses being presented. In addition, she holds a position of trust and responsibility as an independent contractor for the U.S. government.
Deb retired from the U.S. Air Force as a weather forecaster, having served numerous domestic and overseas tours. In addition to overseeing weather operations to ensure pilot safety, she was the NCO in Charge (NCOIC) of the Cadre Weather Team in Fort Wainwright AK. Deb taught leadership and military discipline as an instructor at the NCO Academy in San Bernardino, California. Deb is always happy to talk with other veterans and their families seeking patient, positive training to improve their personal safety.
Deb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Technology from Peru State University in Nebraska. Additionally she holds an Associates in Applied Science (AAS) degree from the Air Force. As organic gardening and natural cures have been Deb’s passion, she has researched better health solutions and become certified as a pharmacist’s assistant.
Dan W.
Dan is a retired Master Shipbuilder, having served 42 years with Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co. As one who cares deeply about his neighbors and his community, Dan served as a Neighborhood Watch chairman and attended the citizen’s academy with Newport News Police Dept. Since retiring, Dan has undertaken more work with steel and engineering, this time through the Village Blacksmith Shop in Gloucester. His meticulous approach to personal safety and broad experience with construction techniques has resulted in a storehouse of practical information on physical safety and situational awareness. Dan can help you improve your marksmanship and your home security.
Calvin J.
Calvin served over 30 years in public service with the Virginia State Police. As dispatcher, road trooper, undercover agent and surveillance technician, Calvin distinguished himself as a hard worker with a broad range of experience. As a certified firearms instructor for his agency, his understanding of advanced marksmanship and interpersonal skills made him a successful coach for all manner of student.
Calvin has conducted training programs for the federal government and the public sector, improving situational awareness and surveillance detection techniques. He brings a unique perspective in understanding the criminal threats arrayed against our clients, and he can provide excellent guidance security measures for technical security.
